Job summary

United Infrastructure Transmission & Distribution is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Inverness area to support delivery on multi‑million‑pound projects, guiding scope, schedule, cost and risk while maintaining safety standards and clear stakeholder communications.

A relevant technical degree or equivalent experience is required, along with proven project delivery skills in data analysis, planning and stakeholder engagement to oversee design and construction through to successful

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Demonstrated project delivery with metrics and data analysis.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and plans project details and monitors progress.
• Designs activities and coordinates with team and stakeholders.
• Reports progress and manages external suppliers.
• Leads meetings and drafts project documents.
• Tracks budgets, hours and spending with monitoring tools.
• Ensures design safety standards are followed.
