Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to join a major infrastructure programme. You will lead project controls activities, develop cost and schedule forecasts, and deliver accurate reporting across governance forums.

The role requires proficiency with Primavera P6, EcoSys and Power BI, and strong stakeholder management. As a senior member, you will mentor teammates, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with risk specialists, planners, and cost engineers to

Qualifications

Degree qualified in a related discipline and significant project controls experience.
Proven ability to lead and deliver project controls across large programmes.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support delivery of project controls across programmes.
Produce cost and schedule forecasts aligned to control frameworks.
Maintain data in Primavera P6, EcoSys, and Power BI.
Provide timely reporting with analysis of performance trends, risks and drivers.
Facilitate estimating workshops and Scenario planning sessions.
Mentor and train junior staff in project controls methodologies.
