Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Commercial Manager with substantial infrastructure sector experience to lead large-scale programmes. Based in London or Birmingham with 3 days in the office, you will work within a consultancy on major UK projects such as HS2 and Network Rail.

You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, deliver client-focused solutions, and navigate structured, regulated environments. This contractor role is Inside IR35 with ongoing length and a daily rate of £450-£565.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, rail, transport or regulated sectors.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects or programmes.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience.
• Experience working in structured, regulated organisations.
• Experience with HS2, Network Rail or similar organisations.
