Qualifications

• Previous commercial or Quantity Surveying experience within rail.
• Strong Network Rail experience and understanding of the client environment.
• Experience managing project costs, variations, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Good contractual and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial management for Network Rail projects.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure commercial performance.
• Prepare and present commercial reports, variations and valuations.
• Support contract administration and risk management across projects.
