Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Planner to join UI Power T&D. You will report to the Lead Planner and collaborate with an experienced delivery team to prepare, review, and report project schedules, maintaining planning control structures and detailed programmes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, experience in scheduling, and proficiency in Primavera P6, with strong project management skills and NEC frameworks familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Established level of experience in planning role.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, earned value analysis.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resource-loaded, logically linked detailed project programmes in Primavera P6.
• Monitor and control planning activities throughout all project stages.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and third parties to maintain accurate programmes.
• Prepare and distribute regular updates to project programmes and performance reports.
• Experience of working under NEC contracts including delay analysis, and identifying project risks and change events.
• Participate in schedule risk analysis as needed.
