Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PSP) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, activities, durations, and resources.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Implement and manage project controls, including progress tracking, earned value analysis, and variance reporting.
• Prepare detailed planning reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support development of tender programs and planning input during bidding.
• Mentor and guide junior planning staff.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, policies, and industry standards.
• Participate in project reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
