Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Hemel Hempstead. You will coordinate and schedule works to meet service level agreements, liaising with field teams, clients and operations to ensure safe, efficient delivery of utilities projects.

The role focuses on prioritising workloads, maintaining permits/notices, and providing timely information to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or coordination.
• Experience with Street Manager or Aurora planning systems.
• Understanding of street works and utility planning processes.
• Strong organisational and deadline management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule works to meet service level agreements and maximise workforce efficiency.
• Monitor progress, manage backlogs and obtain required permits/notices.
• Provide accurate information to field teams and respond to client requests.
• Maintain systems to ensure delivery is safe, efficient and high-quality.
