As an Infrastructure Operations Delivery Lead, you will be:

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of infrastructure outsourcing services to clients
• Engaged in daily client stakeholder management to ensure successful service delivery and value
• Managing the financial health of the delivery supported by our team of specialists
• Leading and supporting the growth of our global delivery team members

We are looking for experience in:

• Senior client and stakeholder management
• Leadership of geographically distributed IT teams
• IT service management, including ITIL, service desk, and frontline operations
• IT operations across data centers, public cloud, and end-user compute technologies
• Contract management with clients and third-party providers
