- Virtualisation: Proficient in virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware for server and application hosting.
- Networking: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and security protocols.
- Monitoring and Management Tools: Familiarity with system and network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead diverse teams effectively, providing mentorship and guidance while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience using methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2, enabling you to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders easily.
- Problem Solver: A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and resolve challenges efficiently. You are adaptable, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with a focus on achieving shared goals and delivering value to the organisation.
