Job Description:

Station Systems Technician - Early & Late Shifts (Level 4)

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful Station Systems Technician will carry out planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities:

1. Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
2. Attend planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks.
3. Maintain SISS assets and report/fix station communication faults.
4. Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
5. Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasks, fault updates, and completions.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role is suitable for hands-on individuals who can multi-task and enjoy learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

1. CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
2. Good understanding of Office 365 and IT awareness.
3. Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
4. Full UK Driving Licence.
5. Ability to work 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies and Lates.
