Job summary

Tokio Marine Kiln is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team in London. This permanent role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our core infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security across our systems.

The successful candidate will resolve complex technical issues and lead initiatives within the team while continuously improving our IT environment. Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and VMware is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with VMware and virtual server environments.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for infrastructure incidents.
• Design and implement new infrastructure services.
• Manage and maintain servers and security patches.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams on IT initiatives.

Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)

VMware and virtualised environments

Linux-based server operating systems

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
