Job summary

Moelis & Company in London is building a dedicated Infrastructure investment banking team. We seek an Associate and/or Vice President to join the team, with M&A or infrastructure experience, to execute advisory and financing transactions and support business development.

You will collaborate with senior bankers, develop models, and help manage client relationships across infrastructure assets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with infrastructure focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, including valuation work and project finance analyses.
• Develop and maintain three-statement operating models and project finance models.
• Support marketing materials, CIMs, management presentations, teasers, and investment committee materials.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research to support target screens and sector trends.
• Coordinate due diligence and liaise with clients and external advisors.
• Build relationships with corporates, infrastructure funds, and long-term investors.
