Job summary

Homes England is seeking an experienced infrastructure grants project manager to join the Housing & Infrastructure Grants team, overseeing complex grant investments and ensuring delivery of funding for large-scale housing and regeneration projects across England.

You will work with regional colleagues to drive forward strategic priorities, manage contractual and delivery issues, and support senior managers with a mix of technical and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project and portfolio management, assurance and monitoring in the built environment.
• Background in capital projects and programmes in housing and infrastructure sectors.
• Willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex grant investments and support Senior Managers.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and external partners to drive housing and regeneration priorities.
• Resolve delivery issues with a commercial and operational perspective.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and professional delivery of contracts.
