Saragossa in London is seeking a hands-on Network/Infrastructure Engineer to own and deliver network projects in a fast-growing trading environment. You\'ll work with FortiGate, Arista, and AWS, and implement Ansible automation, Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.

Location: Liverpool Street, on-site five days a week (moving to four after probation); join a team of three reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, collaborating with traders and quants to ensure the network keeps the business running.

Picture this: you join a smaller trading firm and the network is yours to own.

Not a ticket queue or a corner of someone else’s design. A network that’s yours to rebuild. With under 60 people in the business, things move quickly and there’s no red tape slowing you down.

You’ll join a team of three, reporting directly into the Head of Infrastructure, so when you have an idea, it gets built.

The network is your focus, and you’ll lead a varied run of projects including firewall upgrades, a new remote access solution and web security gateway, Ansible automation, and Prometheus and Grafana dashboards. You’ll be hands-on with FortiGate, Arista and AWS.

Because the team is small, your work won’t stop at the network. You’ll also get involved across systems engineering, automation and wider AWS infrastructure, giving you real breadth alongside your core networking work.

You’ll work closely with traders and quants, and you’ll see exactly how your work keeps the business running.
