Job summary

IP-People is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer for managed services in Aldershot. This role focuses on 3rd line support, ownership of complex escalations, infrastructure management and delivery of technical projects across modern IT environments.

The ideal candidate has strong 3rd line support experience in MSP/corporate IT, advanced Windows Server, AD, Group Policy and Intune, plus VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix virtualization. A UK driving license and BPSS+SC eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Strong 3rd Line Support / Infrastructure Engineering experience within an MSP or corporate IT environment.
• Advanced Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy & Intune knowledge.
• Expertise with VMware, Hyper-V & Nutanix virtualisation platforms.
• Solid networking, cyber security & patch management knowledge.
• Experience handling complex escalations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to CrowdStrike would be advantageous.
