Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd / 3rd line technical support for core infrastructure.
• Implement and support Infrastructure projects aligned to objectives.
• Utilise ServiceNow for maintaining accurate information on support issues.

PowerShell Scripting

MS Cloud portals, including Defender and Purview

Exchange Online

Power Automate Tasks & Flows

Barracuda Backup, Barracuda Email Security

Network switches, Routers and Firewalls

Knowledge of Ubiquiti and Cambium networks

Education

Grade C and above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)

Degree in IT-related field
