Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for infrastructure and a knack for troubleshooting at the highest level? We're looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of critical systems and provide top-tier support across both cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and resolution for 3rd line issues
• Act as an escalation point for 1st/2nd Line Service Desk engineers
• Develop and document robust technical processes and procedures
• Manage and deploy Azure services and infrastructure
• Oversee security across Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Administer devices and software using Intune, Defender, and ManageEngine
• Manage on-premise infrastructure, including backups and virtual environments
• Perform hands-on service desk duties when needed
  
  

Technical Environment

• Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Certificate Services
• Storage: Windows File Servers, NTFS, Nimble/Alletra, OSNexus
• VMWare: ESX 8.0+, iSCSI connectivity
• Backup: Veeam, Volume Shadow Copies
• Cloud: Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
• MDM: Intune, Defender
• Linux: Suse SLES, Ubuntu, Rocky, CentOS
• Networking: Nexus 9k, Catalyst, Allied Telesis, Ubiquiti, Fortinet firewalls
• Cabling: Cat5e/6, Fibre
