Job summary

Salt in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with DV clearance to design, implement and support secure IT infrastructure across virtualization, storage, networking, containers and automation. You will collaborate with technical teams to deliver resilient solutions, lead complex issues and drive ongoing health and optimisation of critical systems, in a permanent full-time role.

A global company are looking for a DV Cleared Infrastructure Engineer fulltime in Ipswich on a permanent (37.5hr) basis.

You'll be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting secure IT infrastructure, working across virtualisation, networking, storage, automation and platform technologies. You'll collaborate with technical teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions, provide technical leadership on complex issues, and support the ongoing health and optimisation of critical systems.

• VMware technologies (ESXi, vCenter, VMware Cloud Foundation)
• Windows, Linux and/or macOS server administration
• Containers and Kubernetes
• Networking and storage technologies
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python or Java)
