Job summary

RGB Network in Hertfordshire is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary team on a permanent basis. The role covers residential, education, commercial, development and regeneration projects with a focus on highways, drainage and pavements.

You will prepare outline and detailed civil designs, liaise with clients and authorities, and ensure technical quality through robust reporting and design software such as Causeway Flow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience across residential, education, commercial, development and regeneration projects
• Highways design experience including S38 & S278
• S104 & S185 Drainage Design & Technical Approval
• Pavement Design & Specification
• Detailed Drainage Design & Modelling including SuDS
• Flood Risk Assessments & Drainage Strategies
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills
• Proficient in drainage design software such as Causeway Flow or similar

Responsibilities

• Preparing outline & detailed civil engineering designs and drawings in accordance with the relevant design standards
• Working collaboratively with clients, contractors and the supply chain to understand and develop project objectives
• Liaising with stakeholders, statutory and local authorities to obtain relevant approvals
