Job summary

RGB Network in Hertfordshire is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their civil team on a permanent basis. You will design and produce outline and detailed civil engineering drawings, and work across residential, education, commercial, development and regeneration projects.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, highways design experience (S38/S278), drainage design and SuDS, plus strong report writing and stakeholder liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience on residential, education, commercial projects.
• Highways design and drainage design experience including S38/S278 and SuDS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outline and detailed civil engineering designs and drawings per standards.

This multi-disiplinary consultancy based in Hertfordshire are seeking an infrastructure engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing outline & detailed civil engineering designs and drawings in accordance with the relevant design standards
• Working collaboratively with clients, contractors and the supply chain to understand and develop project objectives.
• Liaising with stakeholders, statutory and local authorities to obtain relevant approvals.

• S104 & S185 Drainage Design & Technical Approval
• Pavement Design & Specification

• Flood Risk Assessments & Drainage Strategies
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of drainage design software - Causeway Flow or similar
