Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking an Identity Operations Engineer for a 6‑month contract in Wokingham. The role focuses on IAM operations, covering lifecycle management, authentication, access support, certificate management, and application onboarding.

You will also handle incident resolution and contribute to audit/compliance processes. The position requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO protocols, PKI, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Experience with identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot identity and access issues and monitor alerts.
• Familiarity with audit/compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide identity lifecycle management and access support for enterprise systems.
• Assist with authentication services and sign-in investigations.
• Manage certificates and PKI infrastructure.
• Onboard applications and conduct incident resolution for IAM events.
• Support audit/compliance activities and log reviews.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell where possible.

Job description

We are looking for an Identity Operations Engineer for a 6-month contract in Wokingham, joining an enterprise IAM operations team. This is a hands-on role supporting critical identity services.

You will cover identity lifecycle management, authentication and access support, certificate management, application onboarding and incident resolution.

Key Skills

• Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs and Group Policy
• Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access and sign-in investigation
• Entra Connect / Cloud Sync
• Application Registrations and Enterprise Applications
• SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• PKI and Microsoft Certificate Services
• Basic PowerShell scripting and automation
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

You should be comfortable troubleshooting identity and access issues, monitoring alerts and supporting audit and compliance activities.
