Are you a skilled infrastructure engineer with a deep understanding of Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, and virtualisation technologies? • Troubleshoot and manage virtualised environments using Hyper-V, failover clusters, and Windows Server
• Maintain and support HP & Dell servers
• Deliver high-quality Windows desktop support
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (including Intune, Exchange Online, and licensing)
• Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams
• Lead small-scale infrastructure projects within the service desk environment
• HP & Dell server support
• Microsoft 365: user and licence management, Exchange Online, Intune
• Strong experience in Windows desktop environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage projects within a helpdesk or service desk setting
• Experience with Palo Alto, SonicWALL, or Meraki firewalls
• Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre knowledge
• macOS support experience
