Job description

Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare through technology? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our team, supporting the UK's NHS National Breast Screening Services (NBSS).

With in-depth knowledge of Azure cloud technologies (PaaS, IaaS, IAM, and Networking), you’ll be responsible for providing technical expertise to the NBSS digital transformation programme.

You’ll have a deep understanding of cloud security principles and security system monitoring, with the ability to solve complex problems related to the build, deployment, and maintenance of platform-related issues.

With exemplary customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, you’ll be adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, end users, and third parties to achieve your objectives.

You'll bring the following technical expertise to the team:

• Infrastructure as Code – Preferably Terraform
• Ansible
• PowerShell and Azure CLI
• Automating software build, deployment, and server configuration management
• Networking including protocols, subnetting, firewalls, and hybrid networking
• Comfortable working with web technologies including HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and REST
• Experience in Healthcare operations
• Must have, or a willingness to obtain, SC Clearance

Note: Successful applicants will be required to pass Security Check (SC) clearance. To be considered, you must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
