Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Our client is a technical specialist working across all aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering within the built environment.

To meet their increasing workload and expanding client base, they currently require an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Civil Engineering team in Leeds. The successful candidate should demonstrate proven ability to coordinate projects and be technically competent with the design of drainage systems to current standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to deliver projects from conception to completion within a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
• Sound technical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, WinDes, MicroDrainage, drainage design, flood risk assessments, drainage strategies, and Section 104 Agreements.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civils 3D, earthworks, and highway design, particularly relating to Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements, is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing plans and drawings at all development stages, from concept to construction.
• Producing design drawings for technical approvals and construction.
• Carrying out infrastructure design using AutoCAD and/or Civils 3D software.
• Liaising with clients, other professionals, and disciplines on project aspects.

Skills and Abilities

• Effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Valid driving license.
