Infrastructure Engineer required. They are now looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the team based in Corby, Northamptonshire – this position is a hybrid role with at-least 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge supporting Windows & Microsoft Servers/applications.

Position Overview

• Providing support & troubleshooting for all IT related issues, from in-house systems, MS Office, & network issues
• Installing and configuring hardware/software & new equipment
• Firewall / Router configurations
• Ensuring IT issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Supporting Microsoft & Windows operating systems

Position Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in IT Support & supporting Windows Servers
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 & applications
• Active Directory / Group Policy / DNS / DHCP Knowledge
• Experience in Firewalls / Routers / Networking & troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, hard-working with a passion for IT

Position Remuneration

• Monday to Friday
• 22 Days Holiday plus bank holidays (increase to 27 days after 5 years)
