Arcadis seeks an experienced Engineer for its Enabling Infrastructure team in Bristol, focusing on development-led infrastructure projects across the UK.
The ideal candidate has experience in drainage and utilities design, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to progressing towards Chartered status. Responsibilities include providing design support, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with various disciplines to ensure quality project delivery.
The Enabling Infrastructure team is an established group of experienced engineers specialising in development‑led infrastructure projects across Birmingham, London, Bristol and Cardiff. We are seeking an experienced Engineer to expand our capacity in the west of England. The role will nominally be based out of Bristol, but candidates will be considered in line with our agile/hybrid working policy.
The team works on projects across all of our global business areas – Mobility, Places and Resilience – and spans a wide variety of market sectors including strategic housing & residential, commercial & employment, transport hubs and major transport (rail and highways) projects. We are actively developing new client relationships within the ports and logistics sector and welcome applications from candidates with previous experience in these sectors.
We are seeking a career‑minded Engineer with ambition to progress their career and who has gained work experience in the design of infrastructure and drainage solutions for development infrastructure projects. We will support the achievement of Chartered/ Incorporated status through an ICE training agreement.
