Qualifications

We have partnered with a leading US Investment Bank looking to expand their Renewables & Infrastructure team at the Analyst 2 level. The team has strong deal flow, work on landmark deals in the MM/UMM space and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of strong financial modelling experience working on M&A, Debt Advisory and/or Project Finance advisory transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A and Debt Advisory) across a range of sub-sectors within the energy and infrastructure space

• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, holding the pen on modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A and Debt Advisory process

Ideal Background:

• 1+ years of sector-relevant transaction experience working in a bank, developer or big 4/financial advisory firm

• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
