Job summary

Manchester City FC is recruiting a Infrastructure Development Project Manager to lead varied infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, including construction, installation and renovation work at our CFA HQ in Manchester.

You will coordinate project plans, budgets and contracts, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards and commercial expectations for a fixed-term contract through September 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects involving construction, installation or renovation activity.
• Ability to plan and control project budgets, including financial modelling and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and CDM responsibilities of the Client.
• Ability to develop requirements briefs, manage tenders and coordinate project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction, installation and renovation projects to agreed timescales and quality.
• Shape project plans and briefs using business intelligence and stakeholder input.
• Manage capital budgets, financial modelling and cost reporting.
• Oversee contracts, tenders and delivery from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project teams and internal/external stakeholders to meet outcomes.
