Job summary

City Football Group is recruiting an Infrastructure Development Project Manager in Manchester to lead construction, installation and renovation projects through to September 2027. You will shape plans, manage budgets, tenders and contracts, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and to quality standards.

Based at CFA HQ, this fixed‑term role requires strong project governance, commercial awareness and the ability to align stakeholder needs with operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects involving construction, installation or renovation activity.
• Proven ability to plan and control project budgets, including financial modelling and cost reporting.
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts and CDM, including the responsibilities of the Client.
• Ability to develop requirements briefs, manage tenders and coordinate project teams to deliver agreed programme, specification and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion and ensure delivery to time, budget and quality.
• Shape project briefs, programmes and briefs to meet business needs.
• Manage budgets, costs, contracts and financial modelling throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to optimise project outcomes.
