• Financial management including estimation, cost control, and negotiation.
• Mentorship and knowledge sharing to improve team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and drive the team to ensure skilled consultants are aligned.
• Carry delivery and financial responsibility for infrastructure projects.
• Join a management team to grow the Infrastructure practice and identify new propositions.
• Identify new client opportunities, help shape requirements, provide estimates, and guide sales process.
• Develop career through Academy and mentoring programs.
