Job summary

Candour seeks a skilled infrastructure consultant to design, deploy, and support on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures for diverse clients. You will work under senior consultants to deliver migrations, upgrades, and modernisation projects, building solid virtualized environments and core services.

You will configure AD, DNS, DHCP, and backup, troubleshoot across networks and end-user computing, and author technical docs and guides. A proactive, client-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Solid understanding of core infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.
• Strong Microsoft technologies knowledge: Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Understanding of networking incl. switching, routing, wireless, security.
• Knowledge of backup/recovery (Veeam preferred).
• PowerShell or scripting ability is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to pursue relevant certifications.
• Proactive learner with consultancy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support design, deployment, and maintenance of on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infra for customers.
• Assist with deployments, migrations, upgrades, and modernisation projects under guidance of senior consultants.
• Build and support virtualization, server, networking, and Microsoft infrastructure platforms.
• Configure and maintain core services including AD, DNS, DHCP, and backup solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networking, and end-user computing environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and handover materials.
• Work closely with project teams, service teams, vendors, and customers to deliver outcomes.
• Develop technical and consultancy skills through hands-on project work, mentoring, and training.
