They are a growing tech company, highly influential within their industry. It is essential that candidates have experience within the Domestic utility sector, whether energy or water.

The company developed a leading SaaS platform from scratch four years ago, which has made a significant impact in its sector. The founders identified a market gap for a SaaS platform that helps organizations address fraud, and built it!

They are an innovative, dynamic, and inspiring team. They are making significant waves in their sector, and due to increased projects and new client acquisitions, they are hiring a new Business Analyst to help advance their platform.

We are looking for a process-driven Business Analyst with an analytical mindset who can start immediately, gather requirements effectively, and understand customer needs.

The role involves presenting findings through workshops with stakeholders, and reporting via dashboards and visualizations.

Recently, they received a substantial investment, leading to new hires and technological enhancements. The position is remote, with one day per month in their West Midlands office. The salary is up to £40K plus benefits, including a competitive bonus.
