Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Infrastructure Advisory practice advises public and private sector clients on transactions and broader financial, strategic, and commercial advice mainly related to infrastructure projects. We support government and private sector clients on tackling challenges like decarbonising the economy and promoting inward investment.

We are looking for Assistant Director to join in London or regional offices (Manchester, Bristol or Scotland), supporting Directors and Partners in developing

Qualifications

• Understanding of project finance and privately financed infrastructure, including debt/equity structures and procurement models.
• understanding UK infrastructure markets, including regulated asset models and PPP structures.
• Ability to lead complex client engagements and manage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret complex financial analysis and challenge modelling outputs.
• Business development capability and proposal leadership.
• Strong team leadership, coaching and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead small and dynamic teams to provide expert financial, commercial and strategic advice to clients.
• Develop and nurture a sector-wide network to support business development.
• Assist clients with option appraisals to inform decisions.
• Oversee and challenge complex financial models and financing structures.
• Structure and advise on procurements and bid drafting for infrastructure projects.
• Present reports to senior client stakeholders to enable decision making.
