Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Infrastructure Advisory practice in the UK focuses on delivering financial, strategic and commercial advice for infrastructure projects and programmes. We work with government and private sector clients to tackle decarbonisation, regional development and high-quality public services, supporting capital planning and major programmes.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Executive (Manager) to join our London or regional offices (Manchester, Bristol or Scotland) to grow the practice

Qualifications

• Excellent financial skills, including an understanding of corporate finance.
• Experience in financial modelling, including modelling of debt structures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High degree of personal drive and motivation to enhance your knowledge and succeed.
• The ability to build effective working relationships with team members, organisations and clients.
• Experience working in the Government, Energy or Transport sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial, commercial and strategic advice to clients on transactions.
• Develop and nurture a sector network to support business development.
• Support decision making with option appraisals and evidence-based analyses.
• Build and analyze financial models with financing structures and sensitivity tests.
• Create business cases with strategic, economic, financial and commercial evaluation.
• Advise on procurements and bid drafting for public infrastructure projects.
• Present reports to senior client stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Support EY growth strategies.
