IT, Security & Compliance Manager

Location: Central London - Hybrid (3 days per week)

Salary: up to £75,000 + 10% bonus

Futureheads is partnering with a market leader in data and intelligence, expanding across the UK and Europe. They focus on maintaining a strong security and technology framework to protect their assets and operations.

We seek an experienced IT, Security & Compliance Manager to oversee daily IT services, systems security, and incident response. You will ensure system security, integrity, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations

• Manage daily IT systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, AWS)
• Oversee user accounts, device security, and access control
• Provide helpdesk support
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Cybersecurity Management

• Implement security policies
• Monitor threats and respond to incidents
• Ensure technical controls are effective

Compliance Support

• Respond to compliance queries
• Assist with security questionnaires and tenders
• Collaborate with teams on compliance initiatives
