IT, Security & Compliance Manager

Central London - Hybrid (3 days p/week)

Up to £75,000 + 10% bonus

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT, Security & Compliance Manager to join as the first in-house IT hire. You will manage IT services, systems security, and incident response, ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of the company's systems and infrastructure, and supporting compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations

• Manage daily IT systems operations (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, AWS)
• Oversee user accounts, device security, and application access
• Provide first and second-line Helpdesk support
• Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Cybersecurity Management

• Implement and maintain security policies (access control, passwords, vulnerabilities)
• Monitor threats and respond to security incidents
• Ensure effective technical controls

Compliance Support

• Respond to compliance queries from customers, prospects, and stakeholders
• Assist with security questionnaires, tenders, and RFPs
• Collaborate with teams such as Commercial, Finance, and Engineering
