• Ensure system security and manage backups per firm policies.
• Oversee audits and compliance with ISO27001 and ISO22301.
• Manage Cyber Essentials Plus renewals and IT risk.
• Document IT processes and run IT projects across multiple offices.
• Provide hands‑on support across a multi‑office team.
• Work with Microsoft 365, networks, servers, AD, and PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IT Director in implementing IT and AI & Innovation Strategies.
• Lead the IT Operations team, managing performance and technology updates.
• Maintain and optimise on‑premises and cloud‑based infrastructure.
• Ensure system security and manage backup operations in line with firm policies.
• Handle internal and external audits, including ISO27001 and ISO22301 standards.
• Oversee Cyber Essential Plus accreditation renewals and manage IT risk.
• Develop, document, and implement IT processes and procedures.
• Lead IT projects and provide hands‑on support across a multi‑office team.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, network and server operating systems.
• Knowledge in Windows OS, SQL Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure planning, development, and operations.
• Expertise in server virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise backup solutions.
• Proficient in project management, Helpdesk, and Customer Relations Support systems.
