Job summary

Sellick Partnership, Leeds-based professional services recruiter, seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead and shape the IT function. You will own the IT strategy, drive improvements and deliver tangible impact across the business.

You will manage network/server operations, risk, backups, budgets and 2nd/3rd line support, while overseeing Microsoft 365, Azure and cyber security measures, including Cyber Essentials Plus, to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Server (2019/2022/2025) and Azure; Intune, Entra and Microsoft 365.
• SQL database knowledge.
• Case management system experience (P4W).
• IT Service Management and also the management of 3rd party suppliers.
• Understanding of cyber security and best practice, plus Cyber Essentials.
• Preference for experience in a professional services business.

Responsibilities

Sellick Partnership are partnering with a professional services business to recruit an IT Operations Manager on a permanent basis in Leeds.

The IT Operations Manager will lead and develop their IT function, ensuring the security, infrastructure and systems are aligned with the businesses strategic goals.

You will take ownership of the IT function with autonomy to shape the IT Strategy, make improvements and lead real impact across the business.
