IntaPeople are currently working with a large technology provider who require an experienced IT Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Manager who has experience working within Cloud services, Cyber Security and IT Change management. Leading the day to day operations of the site, you’ll have 4-5 direct reports within the small but experienced IT team.

You’ll be responsible for leading and managing the IT support team who offer support to hundreds of end users whilst also conducting 1 to 1s , development plans and performance management.

• Proven experience as an IT Manager (hands on and people management)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure
• Working to strict SLA’s and ensuring customer satisfaction is top priority

Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, you’ll work closer with other technical leads within the management team to support the growth and functionality of the business.

Working with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee ticketing ques and ensuring KPI targets are met within the team.

Role Overview

• Onsite in Cardiff
• Working hours 37.5 hours split between shifts 8:00 – 19:00 (1 later shift per week)
• Salary offering between £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
• Strong benefits package
