Job Description:

The Education establishment in Leicester is looking to recruit a Business Relationship Manager on a short-term basis.

The successful candidate will be experienced in working with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their strategic and operational requirements. The role involves acting as a mediator between IT services and the business, managing day-to-day relationships, and ensuring service standards are met.

Main Duties:

  • Provide Digital & Technology relationship leadership.
  • Manage service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage requirements gathering.
  • Assess and recommend future business needs.
  • Support strategic and operational planning as part of senior leadership teams.
  • Drive service optimization and process improvements.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Lead projects aligned with governance standards.
  • Manage IT demand and resource deployment.
  • Perform other duties as required.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week. Public sector experience is essential.
