We are proud to be exclusively partnered with a global organisation to hire an IT Internal Audit Manager. This is a newly established position within a growing internal audit function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit to design and implement a best-in-class audit methodology, aligned with IIA standards
• Take full accountability for the audit lifecycle, from planning to execution and reporting, ensuring insightful and practical outcomes
• Establish strong partnerships across the business to enhance risk awareness and promote a mindset of continuous improvement
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team, fostering a proactive and engaged audit culture
• Stay ahead of IT audit trends, particularly in the governance of emerging technologies such as AI

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant professional certifications (CISA, CISM, or CISSP) with a strong background in IT audit
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments—M&A exposure is a plus
• Expertise in IT general controls, risk frameworks, and internal audit best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• A flexible and strategic mindset, ready to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape
