Job summary

Academia Group seeks an Information Security Project Engineer to strengthen our Information Security team in London. You will lead security-focused projects, act as technical lead for Sophos MDR, and support consultants as a Microsoft Security SME.

Responsibilities include scoping, building, documenting security projects, delivering Purview and Azure security reviews, and creating repeatable templates. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting and delivering security-focused projects.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lead technical security projects and MS security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scope, build and document security-focused projects per business needs.
• Deliver security projects including Microsoft Purview and Azure security reviews.
• Create templates for data capture, scoping and costing.
• Provide customer-ready reports on vulnerability management activities.
• Act as technical lead for Sophos MDR within the team.
• Support Consultants as Microsoft Security SME and build security roadmaps.
