BMW Group Financial Services UK is seeking an Information Security Manager based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.

What awaits you?

• Drive the maturity of existing security controls across multiple teams and collaborate across the business.
• Provide specialist advice and guidance on information security issues.
• Analyze metrics, conduct assurance reviews, and monitor information risk exposure.
• Balance security risks with business needs and support IT colleagues in managing risks.
• Recommend technical designs and support the appraisal of solutions aligned with 'security by design'.
• Develop and implement processes to reduce risks through awareness training and campaigns.
• Engage all business areas to ensure an end-to-end Security strategy.
• Manage transformation and improvement of security programs in the UK and Ireland.

What should you bring?

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Experience in information security within a fast-paced global organization, mitigating risks, and implementing security technologies and policies.
• Project management experience, preferably internationally.
• Stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence teams with minimal prior knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry standards (ISO27000, NIST, PCI) and regulations.
• Expertise in Information Security and Third-Party Risk.
• Understanding of core principles, controls, and best practices across risk domains.
• Industry certification (e.g., CISSP or CISM) is desirable.
