Job summary

Une entreprise bien connue recherche un Responsable de la Sécurité de l'Information intérimaire pour fournir un soutien technique pendant une période chargée. Ce poste entièrement remote nécessite une expérience pratique en opérations SOC et en réponse aux incidents. Le candidat doit être prêt à démarrer immédiatement et sera impliqué dans des tâches opérationnelles tout en fournissant des conseils à une petite équipe interne.

Qualifications

• Expérience pratique en SOC et en intervention lors d'incidents.

We’re supporting a well-known UK charity in their search for an Interim Information Security Manager to provide hands-on technical support and relieve pressure on the security function during a busy period.

• Location: Fully remote (occasional travel if required)
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Start Date: ASAP
• Days: 3–5 days per week (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for SOC escalations, security incidents, and investigations.
• Investigate and resolve security alerts, threats, and vulnerabilities using tools such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Darktrace.
• Review and respond to security questionnaires from suppliers and vendors.
• Support the small internal security team with day-to-day operational tasks, providing guidance and unblocking issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.
• Provide input into processes, documentation, and security best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience in SOC operations, incident response, and technical investigations.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft security tools (Defender, Sentinel, etc.).
• Experience reviewing security questionnaires and identifying risk in supplier responses.
• Confident working in a 70% hands-on, 30% light team support capacity — this is a delivery-focused role, not a compliance or strategy position.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.
