Job Description

The Rank Group’s IT Security Team is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to support strategic and operational security initiatives across our corporate, retail, and digital platforms.

This dynamic role involves being the go-to expert for day-to-day security queries, providing guidance to project teams and employees, and playing a key role in preparing for two critical annual security audits—an excellent opportunity for professionals aiming to develop their audit and project management skills.

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide expert InfoSec advice to internal teams and stakeholders.
2. Support audit preparation for ISO27001 and PCI DSS certifications.
3. Review and enhance security policies and training content.
4. Conduct compliance checks and awareness training across venues.
5. Maintain and update the IT risk register with mitigation plans.
6. Collaborate on internal communications and monthly security newsletters.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in managing or leading audit preparation activities, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR compliance.

• A degree in IT, Information Security, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience is essential.
• Experience in leading project engagements, managing teams, and developing remediation plans.
• Working knowledge of ISMS ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Confluence/Jira.
• Experience resolving issues with stakeholders at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of ISO27001, PCI DSS, and InfoSec governance.
• Experience in risk assessment and policy management.
• A proactive approach to security awareness and training.
• Interest in developing audit and project management capabilities.
