Job summary

Galliford Try in Grangemouth is seeking an Information Manager to lead information management across our Environment projects. You will manage CDEs, support Viewpoint for Projects and Field View, and train project teams to ensure compliant, accessible information throughout delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll drive standardisation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and embed information requirements from inception to handover on site-based and regional programmes.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of information management principles and best practice.
Experience managing Common Data Environments (CDEs).
Strong understanding of document control processes.
Experience configuring and supporting digital project platforms.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to deliver training and support to users at all levels of the business.
Experience operating within quality assurance and management systems.
Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for digital innovation.
Ability to drive compliance while maintaining positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Framework and Project Information Management Plans.
Ensure compliance with Galliford Try information management standards and client requirements.
Act as the regional lead for information management processes and digital systems.
Configure, maintain and support Common Data Environments (CDEs) and project workspaces.
Support the deployment and use of digital construction tools, including Viewpoint for Projects and Field View.
Monitor project information performance, reporting progress and identifying risks or non-compliance.
Support project teams in establishing robust information management processes from project inception through to handover.
Work closely with operational, commercial, engineering and quality teams to ensure information requirements are embedded within project delivery.
Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to project teams, supply chain partners and clients.
Drive consistency, standardisation and continuous improvement across regional information management practices.
