I am currently recruiting for an Asset Information Lead to support multiple clients within the Infrastructure Framework. This role involves managing a multi-step process for project close-out and handover.
What you will be doing:
- Project Co-ordinator:
- Organise meetings with clients and project teams.
- Hold project tracking meetings and update tracker spreadsheets, focusing on key close-out areas.
- Arrange and conduct key meetings with clients according to the programme and close-out documentation.
- Close out Champion:
- Support the team on the close-out process via emails and Teams.
- Create PowerPoint training materials for new starters and provide feedback on rework and customer service.
- ADS System (Carbon and Financial Commissioning):
- Understand engineering specifications to ensure alignment with asset commissioning, carbon, and financial work items.
- Ensure quality assurance to prevent rework and support site teams in populating and uploading the ADS draft workbook.
- AIDE System (Asset Commissioning):
- Upload data for commissioned assets and structure project information accordingly.
- Document Control:
- Perform quality checks and upload documents to the close-out spreadsheet and folders.
- Set up, copy, scan, and store documents in physical and digital records.
- Distribute documents to team members and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and revise documents for accuracy.
What we will need from you:
- Ability to travel and work on-site across multiple construction sites.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards information management in an engineering environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
- Adaptability to process changes and effective communication skills.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro or similar PDF software.
- Flexible working hours.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Asite, Microsoft Visio, Quality Assurance Systems, and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
