This role is fully remote, working with a knowledgeable team on various projects, offering structured career progression pathways.

Role & Responsibilities

• Understanding technical business requirements and mapping processes and solutions in D365
• Using Power Platform for low-code customisations, including developing Power Automate flows and creating Power Apps
• Providing occasional 3rd line technical support

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM development, customisation, configuration, and creating plug-ins/workflows
• Strong skills in Power Platform customisation, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience with integrations, including .NET and Azure
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to analyse business requirements and design system solutions
