Job Description:

My client is a main contractor based in the City of London, and they currently have an exciting new project in place for which they are looking for an Information Manager to join their team.

The vacancy is to start immediately, and you must have ASITE experience.

  1. 3-5 years’ experience within the construction industry is required, along with experience using the document system.
  2. Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures.
  3. Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System.
  4. Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, and collect comments.
  5. Provide full secretarial support to management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, and circulating and collating information.
  6. Provide administrative support to the team and comprehensive support to the department as required.
  7. Liaise with other companies/sites.

Various other duties will be included on a day-to-day basis.
