Ada Meher is currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier-one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in large-scale project delivery. They are seeking an experienced Information/Document Controller with a background in construction to work directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on data collection.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers & suppliers, answering queries, and ensuring data is collected accurately and timely.

The company has a flexible remote working policy, with a requirement to commute to either London or Chelmsford offices once a week.

  • Experience in Document / Information Control within the Construction Industry
  • Experience working with external stakeholders such as subcontractors or suppliers
  • Experience with Document/Data QA
  • Experience in O&M Handover is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
